HOMER

Homer was my first fixer upper project ever as a real estate investor! It was considered my "practice run", and I loved every minute of it. This was a huge transformation from start to finish. It was a fun challenge, and I learned a lot along the way, and I'm thankful for that because it has gotten me to where I am today with this journey of flipping houses in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota!
